Terms and Conditions

To regulate the contracting of experiences, retreats, and services offered through the MMWays.nl website.

The booking is confirmed upon payment (total or partial).
MMWays reserves the right to revoke a booking after 8 business hours (e.g., due to overbooking or technical errors).
A deposit of 500 EUR is required to secure your spot. Please consult us for options.

Payment methods: bank transfer, Revolut, PayPal.
If you prefer to pay with PayPal, please note that this platform applies a commission of 3.4% + €0.35 per transaction, which will be added to the total amount.
0% VAT for businesses – BTW verlegd, reverse charge (Art. 44 Dir 2006/112/CE/BTW verlegd)
0% VAT for individuals (provision of tourism services, exempt under the TOMS/Margeregeling travel agency scheme)

To confirm your spot, a deposit of €500 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 40 days before the start of the experience.
Between 40 and 31 days before the date, full refund minus a €100 administration fee.
Between 30 and 20 days, 50% refund.
Less than 20 days, no refund; spot is transferable to another date or another person.
If MMWays cancels, 100% refund.
Cancellation due to force majeure (serious illness, death of a first-degree family member): each case will be reviewed individually with a humane and flexible approach.

The participant declares:

The organizing company is not responsible for injuries resulting from participation when relevant health information has not been shared in advance.

The organizing company reserves the right to modify the program for justified reasons (weather, force majeure, etc.).

It is recommended that the participant has travel and/or health insurance.

MMWays offers business liability insurance.

8. Data Protection

Data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These conditions are governed by European legislation for Travel Agencies and specific Dutch law.
