2. Data collected.
The following data may be collected: Full name, Email, Phone number, Payment data (managed by third parties), and relevant health information (only if voluntarily provided by the user).

3. Purpose of processing.
The data is used to manage bookings, communicate with the user, send information related to services, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis.
Processing is based on the performance of a contract + user consent by checking the box on the contact form + our legitimate interest in addressing your request and maintaining a professional relationship. 

5. Data retention.
Data will be kept for as long as a contractual relationship exists or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. Subsequently, the data will be deleted, unless you have expressly requested to receive commercial communications, in which case your data will be kept until you request its deletion.

6. User rights.

 Data will not be shared with third parties except for legal obligations or necessary providers (payments, accommodation, participation in guided tours that require it, etc.).

Request the limitation of processing. Object to the processing of your data. Request the portability of your data to another controller. Technical and organizational measures are applied to protect personal data.

10. Updates.
 We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law. In such cases, we will announce the changes visibly on our website.
